Overall it was good experience to stay in Colca lodge especially the thermal bath so close to natural. The room I stayed with water leakage from ceiling which need to be fixed

Horrible &Incompetent
The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came.
