An absolutely incredible place to relax and explore the Colca Valley! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the hot springs, which we had almost entirely to ourselves on a weekday. The amenities were top-notch, the bed was luxuriously soft, and feeding the alpacas was a truly unforgettable experience. This spot exceeded our expectations in every way and made our visit to the Colca Valley unforgettable.

Great starting point for exploring Colc ma valley

We enjoyed a couple of nights at Aranwa. Great food and friendly staff. The internet did not work well in the room, but ok in the restaurant. Great location by Colca river.

Superbe endroit

Un endroit superbe, site très beau et bien aménagé avec soucis du détail. Très grande chambre, très chaude il faut ouvrir la fenêtre pour réduire la température ont a pas trouvé de thermostat. Ça vaut la peine de faire la route de campagne pour si rendre taxi environ 40 PEN Et il faut absolument aller aux bains thermaux juste à côté de l’hôtel pour 10 PEN, apportez vos serviettes.

La limpieza es clave para que el huésped este cómodo, habian mosquitos muertos entre los cubiertos en la zona del desayuno, en las sogas que estaban en la zona peatonal habían telarañas. El estacionamiento está fuera del establecimiento al aire libre, deberian poner un techo.

Muy buen lugar para descansar

El lugar muy bonito, el personal muy amable, la comida muy buena. Solo tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente, nos explicaron que por las lluvias y por la pandemia algunas cosas se malograron y las están solucionando.

Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante, detallo las razones. 1. no he tenido Internet desde que llegué, la razon que me dieron en recepcion es que se solucionaria en unas horas, ya que estaba lloviendo, no tuve internet, desde que llegue hasta que me fui. 2. el Room service demorado con mas de 30 minutos desde que nos dijeron la hora que nos traerian la comida, y no estaba en su estado optimo de temperatura. 3. La habietación estaba fría, nos dijeron que pondrian el sistema de suelo radiante, pero no funciono en ningun momento, tuvimos que pedir un radiador. 4.Como extranjero, y con sello de entrada me cobraron el IGV, debido a que la persona que me hospedaba tenia DNI Peruano, les observe que me cobraran entonces el 50% al ser yo extranjero lo cual no aceptaron. 5. Al cobrarme el IGV, les pedi que entonces facturaran a una empresa peruana, el cual se les dio la razon social, y hoy me han emitido una boleta a mi nombre, en vez de la factura como se les indico. 6. La ilumunacion por la noche del hotel en zonas comunes, muy básicas, llegando a ser casi deficientes, su catálogo y fotos por la noche son muy bonitas y la realidad es otra. En Conclusión, tenia unas expectativas muy altas puestos en este viaje y en este hotel y he salido decepcionado, sinceramente mi apreciación es que este hotel, no esta preparado para dar categoria luxury que ofrecen, y para mi ha sido una experiencia decepcionante, ante ningún tipo de compensación, por todo lo ocurrido.

Muy buena opción para familias con niños

Excelente opción para pasar 2-4 días con la familia y niños pequeños. Nuestra estadía fue muy buena con el personal del hotel ofreciendo y estando siempre disponibles para todos los servicios que ellos indican. Mi única observación fue que no tenían avena en el desayuno (que de todas maneras es bien surtido).
