Il frigorifero era rotto e non ci è stata data alcuna alternativa. Anche le sdraio in piscina sono vecchie e usurate, non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception e ci era stato detto che avremmo ricevuto un rimborso, ma il servizio clienti ha smesso di rispondere alle mail e non abbiamo ottenuto...

「I booked this hotel towards the end of a 3 week trip all over Italy. I wanted a relaxed pool day for my teens and the beach. Hotel has amazing accommodating staff. We had free parking , included was a beautiful and delicious breakfast at their patio restaurant. We spent the next day at their beach club 5 min walk from hotel. Beach lunch was delicious and the beach was spectacular. Location is 10min drive to Soverato but we chose to stay in Montepaone and their charming town and local beaches.」

「Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner...
