"The owner went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing but exceptional! This is a new boutique hotel in downtown Lacrosse situated right on the Mississippi River waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel for those that can appreciate historical renovations refined with only the best materials throughout the building. The eye for detail was amazing! Thanks again for a fun two night stay. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. "

"We always love our stay here. We come four times a year for business. The only thing I don't like is the water temperature. I can't get a hot shower, only luke warm. I put up with it because I love everything else."
