Beautiful and peaceful grounds. Excellent villa with great decor, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Cathy couldn’t have been more helpful. A perfect place to relax after a trip stpind New Zealand! Highly recommend!

We stayed in a three bedroom chalet that was very well appointed, clean, comfortable and homey. Management staff were very help with local dining and activity tips and suggestions. They even offer loaner mini-shovels for hot water beach excavations! When returning to the chalet in the late afternoon the interior was very hot as is probably expected summer without any a/c. However without any screens on the windows or sliding doors it was difficult to air without inviting bugs into the home. Our solution was to just return home later in the evening.

This is a beautiful property in a great position close to the beach. The accommodation has everything you need and is in great condition. The grounds are gardens are also very well maintained.

No AC

I should have noticed before booking, but be advised it does not have Air Conditioning. They leave windows open which does help significantly, however by dark there were about 30 bugs in the bathroom from leaving that window open.

Wat een leuke plek, zeker omdat je echt dichtbij alle belangrijke baaitjes zit! Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. We misten alleen een airco! Het was daardoor te heet. Maar verder top!

Relaxed hideaway

A wonderful place to unwind. Fully equipped room in a beautifully landscaped gardens. Close to the ferry landing for visits to whitianga. Across the road is a lovely walk thru the bush to Lonely Bay. Highly recommend this accommodation.
