喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Excellent except reception's first atittude for their mistake( Booked lake view room but could not have it first night because of system issue and a lady receptionist didn't explain or apologize for their mistake, and after male staff apologized but she was just standing by him without professional manner) . Even if it was not her personal mistake, she should be trained as a reprentative from the company and take responsability to behave appropriate attitude toward clients. She doesn't speak english well enough to choose decent words but she could have apologized to my Romanian husband.
Except above, loved their minimalist design not only our room but exterior. For our room, everything's efficiently positioned such as coffee maker, electric kettle, work desk sophisticated but not in a cold way. Loved their custom sink and rainfall shower with minimalism light work. Lake view from our room was also great.
Cleaning staff was excellent including manner to the client. Also their caffe/bar they have vegan cappuccino( almond milk/coconut milk) so I could enjoy breakfast drink every morning!
Best stay in Constanta so far( only unfortunate reception staff but except this!) ✨💖🥳
