"On my first stay the room was cold and it took a long while to get the heat going. On my second stay the room was at 15C no heat. They did give me a space heater but they seriously have to fix heating the room not just air condition you out of the room. They know this so get it fixed."

"First time I seen this. Check with hotel at 12:30pm when room would be ready. They told me room is ready but wanted $50 as checking in is 2:30pm. What the hell is that? Well I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction to make extra $$$. Their trying to gouging or as front desk it's POLICY. The next ..."
