Other people that checked in the same time as us also had the same issues. We were left sitting there for half hr waiting for the email to arrive until we could get into our room. 「We have had such a lovely 2 night stay here - myself, husband and 15 year old son. The room/breakfast area/restaurant were immaculately clean. The staff were kind and friendly - we speak very little French (sorry!) but they spoke English to us, thank you. Breakfast was delicious and catered for everyone - love the French bacon! Beds were comfortable. Was good to have towels/comfy beds/fridge/kettle with tea and coffee and bottles of water/TVhand soap/hair and body wash. A lovely view over...
