"Our curtains had some type of body fluid or liquid all over them. My son stepped on a nail as the carpet and tile were separating and there was no transition piece to cover it. The elevator had hand prints all weekend over the doors in the same spots. (Never cleaned off). The blow dryer looked like it had never been cleaned as it was full of dust and stuff. I was kind of disappointed there was no milk on the property, even to purchase. "

"The area was good. The surrounding restaurants were good. We got the floor requested, which was good. The room was a riot. Shredded carpet, falling apart floorboards, the curtains would not stay shut, three doors for the same room, which did not feel as secure. The deadbolt got stuck open for a while till we figured out how to get it to close. The beds were medium… Not lumpy but super soft. Four pillows which were hard as a rock, which is why I bring my own. One of the sheets had a mystery stain right where the head hits the sheets.The room was clean other than the corners that had debris. There was rust and huge paint chips. There was a hole in the wall, where something had been removed. Definitely not what I was expecting. Not sure if other rooms were in this condition, but ours was definitely a surprise"

"The room was clean. The door handle on the bathroom was broken, but other than that it was a good room for the price. Beds were comfortable. We were on the first floor and the room above us was quite noisy until late, and alot of stomping early in the morning as well. I found the hot tub and pool a little dirty looking. The TV had many channels, which was nice. I did not have the breakfast, but my husband and the kids did. Many options, but my husband said that it would be better to go right when its served as it clearly sits out for a while. All in all we did enjoy our stay, and believe its worth for what we paid."
