「We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. 「Nice old hotel building. Really clean, in the morning one of the staff cleaned the ceiling (!). Breakfast was good except for the coffee - both machine and filter was not good. Staff at breakfast was helpful and working, but reception was weirdly care to anything. When asking to store luggage, the guy didn’t even realise maybe he was supposed to help taking the luggage away. Just stood there, confused. And then again when picking it up, told us we could just «get it». From behind the counter......
