"The room was in very poor condition, & despite multiple attempts to reach the manager, I never received a response. It was surprising considering they require a $100 deposit for damages. You know I took photos… stains on rug, walls, doors, missing kitchen door, rust in and on the microwave, a damaged dresser, and a shelf falling off the wall, light shade... I reserved a month in advance, even called ahead to confirm a late arrival (pretty much arriving around midnight), yet the room still wasn’t ready. I had to ask about the WiFi or the grab and go breakfast – the WiFi wasn’t even accurate directions & breakfast SMH. Parking also came with an unexpected fee, the website directed to “check policy,” and I didn’t see any cost listed. I don’t blame the staff; with no support you can only do so much - the overall experience was extremely disappointing."

"I was traveling for work and stayed here over night. This was by far the dirtiest, most run down hotels I have ever seen, even in places like SF and Portland. From the start, the shuttle driver was so rude and would hang up on my calls. I arrived and the toilet was clogged, the shower tub was still littered with the previous guests hair and soap residue. I truly doubt they cleaned the room. The carpets had residue, which tells me it was not vacuumed in a long time. The hotel hallway was the dirtiest hallway I’ve seen, even in college. I wanted to call the front desk, when I grabbed their phone, I realized it was completely disconnected. "

"The toilet paper was low. I had to go to the staff to get toilet tissue, also there was trash under the bed, and someone headband was on the floor by the window. Prior to me getting the room I thought the room would have a refrigerator in the microwave. I had to pay an additional $50 for those amenities in another room and was not given a receipt."
