"They gave me a DIFFERENT room to what I bought. Much smaller and road facing, no "seaside view" as promised instead incessant scooter noise, wonderful. Immediately as we entered the room it was a pretty tragic vibe, worse than a hostel. None of the bedside lights worked and the furniture was in a terrible state. We stayed here with friends and family as a wrap up event behind a full week of travel throughout Sicily visiting all of the major cities & sites, then time in Contessa Entellina for an ancestral pilgrimage. The facilities, pools, beach, spa and staff were all exceptional. Special thanks to Guiseppe in the bar who took exceptional care of us, as well as the staff at the Bistro restaurant who offered exceptional food and service. KC"
