Lovely little boutique hotel on a side street. We were welcomed by guy on desk who gave us lots of information on Como and provided us with a map. The hotel was clean and the room was modern with a large bathroom and lovely large shower. Breakfast was continental style and was very nice and it was very relaxed atmosphere. It was approximately 15 minutes walk to the lakeside, this was a flat easy walk. There were some restaurants in the street but again approximately 15 minutes to main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this hotel.

Unique property with real charm and rare find to accommodate four people in one room. That said, the in-room stairs are a little perilous. Friendly staff. And so close to train station. Definitely a good place for a few nights.

Lovely small hotel in good location.

A good location, in a quiet location and close to the railway station but only about 10 min walk to the old town and the lake. The hotel was good overall, very clean and comfortable bed. Th staff were lovely and always available. The only issue was the shower tray which did not prevent water from flowing onto the floor of the bathroom which then did not drain away very well. A better shower tray would help prevent this.

This is a great hotel to base yourself in Como. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms spacious and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A wonderful and friendly staff who will greet and invite you to stay in a very clean and modernized room. Breakfast was filling, satiafying, and convenient. The location was close enough to the life of the city you could walk everywhere but gave you enough distance from it all so it remained quiet and calm at night. A grocery store, close by, open 24/7 is very convenient and affordable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed this property very much. It was clean and very comfortable. The closeness to the train station was a really a plus for our connection to Lugano. The staff was very pleasant and willing to answer our questions and offer dining suggestions. They even provided a ride for us to the train station on checkout. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Good location for the bottom of Lake Como

The room is nice and is in a good location if you want the bottom of Lake Como or are watching Como football. The only problem we had with the room was the AC was not the best but the reception was very cool so it felt all the cool air was being used there!

Overall the stay was good. We did feel uncomfortable at night, there was no option to put the air on because the temperature outside was not hot enough. We had the windows open and heard a lot of noise outside. You can only take one hot shower at a time also. Besides this the place was clean and close to the train station.

Good hotel, well located for reaching the main line train station and the ferry for Lake Como. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The only disappointment was that the safe in the room wasn’t working and was not repaired during our stay.
