"This was a beautiful property with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms had the perfect mix of old unique architecture and modern amenities. Loved the courtyard for some peace and quiet as well as a quick dip in the pool on a hot day. The breakfast was so good, fresh made pastries and eggs and cappuccino to order. We only stayed one night, but wish we couldâve stayed longer to explore more of the city."

"The rooms are lovely, modern, well equipped and clean. Each room has a different name! ( we were in the 'Prince's Room').
Some things to know when staying at Carizza Rooms:
- Hotels.com has an incorrect check--in time listed (2-4p.). Actual check-in is 2-3pm unless you notify property in advance. ( we arrived at 3:40pm to a locked door and stood outside for 10+ mins until manager arrived!)
- The C-Rooms has a WhatsApp # (widely used in Europe): +39 331 359 1531
- there is no front desk or...

"We stayed for one night only. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave us breakfast items on a tray ready for the morning as we were leaving very early. He also recommended a place to go for dinner. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the port where the ferry to Malta departs."
"Wonderful stay in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The location was excellentâwithin easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and beautiful piazzas that make the town so special. The hotel was charming, impeccably clean, and blended perfectly with the historic character of the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect base for exploring Ragusa Ibla. We would happily stay here again on a future visit."

"Calm, professional oasis. The quantity of rooms made fora peaceful lifestyle. The location is accessible and calm. I would like to return for a longer stay"
"What a gem!! I cannot say enough good things about this property. Great location in old city with an easy walk to all sites. Loved the stone walls of the room with same material for barrel-vaulted ceiling. Very spacious. Felt like I was in a medieval castle but with all modern fixtures and amenities. Amazingly quiet for being in part of old town (I didnât hear a sound at night). Being located on edge of mountaintop, my room had a wonderful view out to other parts of old town, with french doors that opened. The owner Laura is extremely gracious and kind, providing great information, recommendations, and assistance with bookings. The morning breakfast had many choices and was very good. I highly recommend this property."
"This was one of our favourite stops on our tour around Sicily. After spending so much time in the cities, it was wonderful to relax in the peaceful countryside. The property itself was beautiful, full of character, and felt very authentic. There was ample parking.
The pool, set within a walled garden, was absolutely stunning, although the water was quite cold during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and our room was very spacious. That said, the furniture and bed were a little uncomfortable. There was a spa and some excursions. But no written information anywhere. A summary of activities in our room would have been helpful.
We enjoyed walking around the grounds, although part of the path passed by a small airstrip, which wasnât particularly scenic. Because of that, I donât think I would choose to stay in the houses located beside it.
You have to try  the almond milk absolutely delicious. We also had dinner in the dining room both evenings, and the meals were excellent.
Overall, this was a charming and beautifully decorated hotel, and we had a lovely stay."
