"My stay was great except that my AC unit was broken and "always on". When they "fixed it" then it was broken and "always off". But they did move me to another room without any fuss and the staff was very friendly. "

"The hotel was very clean. The evening manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and very large. The negative - my #1 sorting criteria to find a hotel on this trip was to get one with a spa/hot tub. This hotel listed a spa and showed pictures on the website. However, the "spa" was not heated or maintained as a spa. It was described as a "kiddie pool" when I asked if it could be turned on. If you are not providing a spa, you should not list it as such."
