Beautifully designed property with a stunning breakfast room set close to both beaches and mountain areas. The indoor pool is convenient for windy or rainy days.
Wonderful 3 nights at CoolRooms Palacio de Luces. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room spacious and super comfortable. Spa and pools were very relaxing and the view is gorgeous. A place to really relax and spoil yourself.
Our only regret was that we did not book this place for more time. It was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer! Don’t miss a massage with Mar, or dinner in their restaurant!
We had a fantastic three night stay despite the bad weather.
The service, food and ambience all scored 10/10. Carmen on guest relations made reservations for us ahead of our stay. Stand out location, smart decor, and when the sun came out on our last day we realised the restaurant Tella had a sea view which was previously hidden by cloud.

Great staff members. When asked to help with finding a taxi to pick us up from a popular hike they didnt go above and beyond. They simply said we dont know any refusing to investigate for us. For such a rated hotel and the cost its very odd to be treated that way.
The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous, with a mountain view that looks as if it has been plucked straight from a painting. The cleanliness is superb and I am talking about the entire hotel. I couldn't ask for more in terms of maintaining such pristine conditions.
The SPA area is absolutely clean and well-maintained. It's a pleasure to see such attention to detail in keeping the place spotless and inviting.
What's more, I appreciate that the spa is never crowded and always maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It truly enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax.
The breakfast provided was incredibly delicious, with an extensive variety to choose from. What's more, you can order as much as you want, which adds to the overall indulgent experience.
The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak Spanish, there was always someone available who could communicate in English. This made our interactions much smoother and more enjoyable. Kudos to the team for their excellent
In short, this hotel offers an unforgettable stay, with its breathtaking views, impeccable cleanliness, and delectable breakfast options. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a wonderful retreat.
Food first in its class.
Room, perfect.
Only negative, surprised the spa and gym was extra. Not alot but still surprised us.
Overall very fair value for money and we won't forget the food.
The place is in the rolling hills just near a delightful seaside village.
Everything is really fine.
The only issue is the grumpy old waiter in the dining room for lunch and dinner
loved the vegetable garden, breakfast room with the view, swimming pool area with steam and architecture in general. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Gym was unattended so if you went early and needed help, no one was around. Also, only heavy weights available. my big complaint was service at breakfast. not friendly nor attentive. Pastries were good but other items were just fair.

Disliked: Staff & service
Despite the fact that the description of the property says that they accept service dogs, we were denied the access to our room after traveling for 6 hours. We arrived at 9 pm and got treated very poorly by the staff of an establishment which is far from deserving to be in the guide Relais et Chateaux. We had all proper documentation for our 12 pounds service dog and yet we’re told that only blind individuals qualified for service animal in Spain. But the way the staffs acted from the time we parked was just unacceptable not matter what are the standard of the property. We have been staying in 6 Relais et Châteaux during our trip and have be treated amazingly everywhere except for this property. They did not help us finding another rooms….. this property doesn’t even deserve to be sold by any proper hospitality company as they have no clue about hospitality
No hay bufé , te sirven a demanda. Solo ponen tres trocitos de melón, sandía y piña , un bizcocho seco y un croissant por persona.
La sauna no funcionaba.
El personal muy amable.
