"Very cool hotel with a rich history. The design and style is really nice. Rustic yet modern industrial design. Excellently maintained and clean property/rooms. Very nice and professional staff. Lots of amenities and perks. Great complementary breakfast. Fantastic restaurant on site. Free onsite parking. Recommend booking a room with a view of the Chattahoochee River."

"Bedding was very soiled, not checked prior to arrival. Linens and cleaning only done on specific request even over 4 day stay. Lobby area unswept for hours. Breakfast was the same and without protein except on Sunday, even though food prices are not high. Desk left unattended while guests waited (staff watching show on phone around corner). We did love the 24 hr coffee machine, though. It was the highlight of the stay."
