「The location, in the Grandview Yard, was terrific. The Hyatt is in a walkable area with several good places to eat (Dim Sum Asian Bistro, Past Times Pub). The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive-scrambled/hard boiled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, potatoes, cold cereals, steel-cut oatmeal, fresh cut up and whole fruit, bagels, toast, tortillas, yogurt, oj, apple juice, coffee and tea. The staff (Saundra & James) were friendly and helpful as were the housekeeping...

「The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.」

「No hot water in our room it was luke warm for the shower. Alex at the front desk was fantastic and gave a great check in experience and awesome food recommendations.」
