Staff was helpful. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Guests with Cannabis stunk up the elevators and 2nd floor. Not something we appreciated with 3 little kids.

Pancake machine was out of batter, decided not to wait then hostess brought me pancakes to my table! This is an example of all of the staff who we encountered. Room were clean and location was very accessible to Easton.

The staff at the hotel was about the most friendly we have met around Columbus. Rooms were perfect as well. The keurig in the room was the best!

Location very useful for getting to downtown. The lady at the check in was pleasant even though we arrived super late. The parking lot was full when we arrived and never heard a lot of noise /chaos or anything negative for the short overnight stay. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing! They were so personable and friendly. If it wasn’t for them, we would have went elsewhere. The pool was freezing and cloudy, the hot Tub was empty with a make shift tape off of the area where any small child Still could have fallen in and hit that concrete . The guests above us were having a WWE royal rumble match … the hotel appeared to be more upscale than it really was in pictures .

Holiday Inn Express was the only hotel in the Easton Columbus area that was reasonably priced at the time of booking. We were thoroughly impressed by everything -- breakfast was fantastic, staff was helpful and friendly, cleanliness and location were top notch!

We liked our stay very much. The only issue we had was that the room didn’t have drapery that could close. We had to make do with clips. We didn’t say anything either, just dealt with that. Other than that, the staff was great and even accommodated an early check in. I would stay again for sure if I’m ever in the area.

The bed squeaked all night. No one in the room could sleep. When we made a complaint the manager would not give us a refund. Said he could give me points on my rewards account. Not satisfied!

The rooms were really clean. The front desk staff both day and night were amazing! The fact that key cards don’t open any of the side or back doors was disappointing. It was super cold and our room was on the back side of the hotel and parking was full due to multiple tournaments in the area. We would have to walk all the way around the building in less than 10° weather. In the end we would drop someone off at the front to go open the doors in the back for us. Also charging $75 up front in case someone uses the little snack area is ridiculous. Just charge people if/when they actually use it. Now I have to watch my card to make sure I don’t get charged for it. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

The room was not super clean. The carpet was stained, the walls were dirty and the pool area was not well-maintained. The pool was also closed for one night if our stay. The hotel looked updated, just not maintained. Staff was overall friendly and welcoming.
