"Most wonderful experience "

"I always stay at this Hyatt place when going to the armory. The location is great and the breakfast is really good. My first time complaint is since the last time I was here, the televisions changed and now the way to google cast constantly gets messed up. I had a Fri/Sat stay and the google cast worked when I checked into the room, but once the tv was turned off it would then no longer. Due to weather I extended my stay, was checked out and checked into the same room (thank you staff for making that easy!) was again able to connect but once tv turned off, it again wouldn’t work. Tried downloading Hyatt app and calling front desk/maintenance but no one able to correct. "

"The room was the worst it was dirty, the mirror in the restroom had lipstick with a hearts all over the mirror, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The coffee maker was dirty it had the previous coffee from the night before. The beds didn't seem clean. People tried to break in our room. The breakfast was horrible. I am so disappointed and upset with this hotel. "

"This hotel is wonderful. But it would be helpful if the restaurant opened earlier and stayed open later. Finding an open restaurant in downtown St. Paul is challenging so it would be nice if you could depend on your hotel to feed you."

"The room was completely disgusting, it was very unpleasant and unsanitary, electric outlets did not work safely and almost melted my charge block. The tub was unsafe and nasty. The building itself had a lot of sketchy people and the whole floor smelt like drugs. It is not a safe environment for families. It was a major waste of time and money. "

"Property was ok there was a stain in the sheets but the front desk staff was very rude any time we talked to them. Thought maybe was someone just having a bad day while checking in but nope anytime we talked to them about anything. "
