"The surrounding scenery at Fairmont can't be beat! It is stunning! The guest mineral pool was closed for maintenance and both of the public hot pools became inaccessible due to a broken pipe. It was disappointing."

Non working AC, when i called the front desk tgey said they would come up to check. They never showed. There is a coffee machine in lobby but they had run out of coffee beans. Poor service. "
