「I am trying to get the $100.00 hold on the hotel back. Instead of it being a hold they charged my card the $100.00. I called and was told it would be a week for them to refund what was suppose to be a hold. It is 6 days and so far they have not credited us. We only slept there. There is no reason to charge for damages. No one was around when we left so I just put the keys on the counter at 6 AM. I have never had a hold actually charged before. Now I am fighting to get my hold money back....

「This hotel is what I call a working mans hotel. Its clean-ish. They have updated the rooms and they are cleaner looking. Its a place with a table and chairs and basic kitchen. No frills.
