「The property was affordable and adequate for my needs, solo travel and a place to lay down for a few hours. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were mismatched and pillowcases were stained. $50 deposit taken at check-in, but I had to call the property a week later to follow-up. The person I spoke to on the phone told me to come to the property to get $50 cash, but I had to explain that I live out of state and that’s not an option. After explaining to them what to do, I finally have a pending refund...

「While this hotel is in a convenient location right off the highway near plenty of shopping and dining, the stay was overshadowed by a major lack of transparency. I specifically book hotels that include breakfast to manage my travel budget, and their website clearly advertised this as an included amenity.
