The shower was very dirty when we arrived. There were very few cleaning supplies in the house. The dryer took 6-7 hours to dry a load of laundry and stank. The WiFi and TV were both very slow. Besides those the house was fairly clean and comfortable, with fairly easy grocery store access and not far from great mountain trails.

Cute little place. We had a very comfortable stay. We hated to leave. Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, and Pike’s Peak. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.

The property had a slight musty odor. The biggest issue was the noise from the renters in the second floor. They were not loud on purpose, but every foot step (hardwood) created a lot of noise .
