Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. "No remote to turn off one bedroom a/c. (We couldn't use that bedroom., it was too cold), The unit needs some attention. Bare minimum in the kitchen for cooking. We liked that it was roomy and that there was a garage. Pool looked beautiful too."

Al llegar, alrededor de las 7:00 pm, tuvimos que esperar casi media hora para que nos entregaran las llaves, pues no le habían indicado al fuardia de nuestra llegada. Observaciones en cuanto al mantenimiento del apartamento: la puerta de una de las 3 habitaciones, no se podía cerrar, pues el pomo estaba en mal estado.
