「I have stayed in several Tru by Hiltons… this one sits in a nice location..appearance is very nice.. the room was not as clean as it should of been…
Staff were not friendly.
Very disappointed this is one of my favorite places to stay.
Would have looked for something else if I had not of had my grandkids with me!
Note: I have never had this issue at any of the others! always TOP NOTCH!!」

「Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

「Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues.
1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work.
2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid.
3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.」
