"5 min walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the main river and everything else in between including main shopping strip. Really recommend staying! "

"Small but clean room, beds weren't ideal for a tall person. Staff were friendly, shops very close by and a great selection of bars and pubs close by too. "

"The room had bugs, so the occupant (our son) requested a different room. They did comply, but then accused him of damaging the TV. It was not true anyhow, and it then turned out that they accused him before even talking to any others (cleaning and maintenance personnel) who had access to the room. Overall, the facility was dirty and shabby - both rooms, elevator, etc. Overall impression was borderline disastrous, and anyhow the standard of a 4-star hotel was definitely not met. Beware the room damage scam/trap - we recommend taking a pic of your room to document the condition and avoid unfounded accusations!"

"Reception understaffed and slow. No heating controls in room, which was cold. Other guests sometimes noisy in the corridors and adjoining rooms. "

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "
