Sehr freundlicher Empfang und reibungsloser Check-in, selten so charmant empfangen worden. Frühstück ist o.k., alles ist vorhanden; Einrichtung wirkt etwas bieder, aber alles sehr sauber. Es wird nur alle 2 Tage das Zimmer gereinigt - aus Umweltgründen - was völlig o.k. ist. Der Stadtteil Köln-Kalk ist nicht der schönste, die Verkehrsanbindung an die Innenstadt allerdings problemlos.

Personal war Semi freundlich, Frühstück ist in Ordnung, Matratzen sind sehr schlecht und die Bettwäsche war dreckig, das geht gar nicht. Fenster sind nicht Schalldicht was den Bahnhof nebenan zu einer Zumutung macht in der Nacht.
