Keine Weiterempfehlung!

Ich war beruflich für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Auch wenn die Fotos toll aussehen mögen – im Detail hakt es in jeder Ecke. Teilweise kann man Türen und Fenster nicht schließen, die Klimaanlage lässt sich trotz Fernbedienung nicht steuern, der Abfluss stinkt. Ich werde dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht noch mal aufsuchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Allerdings muss hier und da doch mal was getan werden. Bei der Drückergarnitur der Toilette fehlte der Knopf. Tapete wurde schon mehrfach wieder gestückelt erneuert. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Trotzdem haben wir gut geschlafen.

Tolles Konzept mit noch Luft nach oben… super freundliches Personal Hotel war für unseren Besuch in der Live Music Hall gut gelegen Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer Gartis Wasser auf dem Zimmer Zwei Etagen, oben große Badewanne großes Bett ruhig - dicke Staubschicht auf den Fußleisten - Stockflecken in der Dusche - Badewanne aber keine Bademäntel - Kopfkissen waren schon durchgelegen - Viele Lichter, die durch Touchpad gesteuert werden können… aber kein kleines, gemütliches Licht dabei - Gardinen hatten einige, undefinierte Flecken… für 150€ die Nacht habe ich einen anderen Standard erwartet…

Grundsätzlich nettes Konzept, gutes Bett, gute Dusche. Aber insgesamt sehr abgerockt. Die aufwändigen Lichtschalter funktionierten nicht so, wie sie sollten. Der Fernseher funktionierte gar nicht (auch nach Hinweis an die Rezeption gab es keine Hilfe). Safe ebenfalls nicht zu gebrauchen, weil jemand die Tür blockiert hat. Unsanierter Wasserschaden in Bad/Flur (Türrahmen aufgequollen, Laminat lose/löchrig). Braune Flecken an der Gardine. Werden sicher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Hotel ist mit einer der besten Hotels indem ich je war. Der Eingang und die Service Kraft hat ein schönes und sehr nettes Auftreten. Die Begrüßung und das willkommen heißen wird in diesem Hotel Großgeschrieben!!! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist einfach eine 10 von 10!!!

Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung waren wir sehr angetan von dem Hotel. Der erste Eindruck war auch sehr positiv. Zunächst muss man unterschreiben, das sich nicht mehr als zwei Personen auf dem Zimmer aufhalten. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, allerdings zu viele Mängel für solch eine Kategorie. Um einige aufzuzählen, Brausekopfhalter für die Dusche und Badewanne fehlen, Bettwäsche zerrissen, Beleuchtung teilweise o.F., alte Teile der Seifenspender an der Wand -> recht gefährlich und noch einige mehr. Die Mängel haben wir an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, aber auch nach drei Wochen und Rückfrage-Mails unsererseits gab es nicht mal eine Reaktion. Somit ist das Fazit für dieses Hotel eher schlecht.

Die Idee des Hotels und die Ausstattung sind schon einmalig. Jedoch muss es auch gelebt werden. Schwarz verzeiht keine weißen Flecken oder stellen. Keine Lampen am Bett nur "Flutlicht". Kein Badezusatz für die Badewanne obwohl sie sehr präsent ist. Schwarzer Schreibblock, aber kein weißer Stift. Die Hotelmappe ist komplett leer. Frühstück ist lieblos und kommt per Lieferservice. Auch wenn es keine Küche gibt kann ein geliefertes Frühstück vom Hotel anders präsentiert werden.

An sich super, die Bett Bezüge hatten einige Haare und die Couch leider noch ein paar weiße Flecken vom vorherigen. Auf Anfrage wurde das alles nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Leider kein Föhn, Hausschuhe, Bademantel. Save funktioniert nicht. Es fehlt einfach die Liebe zum Detail. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ok

Boden wahr nicht sauber. Im Bad sehr viel Kalk. Im duschbereich lösen sind die Fliesen. Thermostat defekt. Musste im Winter die Klimaanlage einschalten damit es nicht zu heiss ist.

Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Jedem davon abraten! Das Hotel liegt gefühlt an der hintersten Ecke Kölns, was garnicht so schlimm wäre, wäre der Aufenthalt wenigstens schön. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und viel versprechend aber bei der Ankunft im Zimmer endet schon alles positive. Auf den Weg ins Zimmer ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Boden im Flur sehr uneben ist und ein paar Löcher hat aber mit einem sehr dicken Teppich abgedeckt worden ist. Da knickt man schnell weg, wenn am unachtsam ist. Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer kommt einem ein sehr penetranter unangenehmer Duft entgegen, da möchte man nur noch durchlüften. Die Fenster zeigen in einen Innenhof, beim öffnen hört man jedes Worts welches gesprochen wird. Welches das lüften schwierig macht. Es ist zwar ein Black Hotel, aber warum wurde an der Beleuchtung gespart oder eher dass man die mangelnde Hygiene nicht sieht? Das Bad ist eine reinste Katastrophe! Es sind zwar keine echten Fliesen aber es wurde nicht verfugt, so dass sich der Kalk in die Zwischenräume abgesetzt hat. Würde man regelmäßig dort putzen, würde es auch garnicht so schlimm aussehen. Der Duschkopf, einfach alles im Bad war seeeeehr stark verkalkt, es ist schon echt ekelhaft. Man hat sich nicht getraut ohne Schlappen das Bad zu betreten. Auch die Toilette war alles andere als hochwertig. Die Toilette war laut und lief bei der Ankunft einfach. Das Waschbecken war noch voll mit Wasser. Die Wanne oben war auch sehr verkalkt und um die Wanne der Boden auch.
