"Beautiful property, wonderful staff, good food. The properties was a bit noisy at night due to bar patrons, but the hotel provides earplugs. There were a few lights out in the bathroom and the towel warmer did not work, but nothing major to impact the comfortability."

"A lovely tucked away location nestled in the countryside, with beautiful surroundings, selection of inns and local country shop for supplies. We had the most hospitable hosts close by in the event of any issues. Thank you very much for a wonderful and revitalising stay!"

"We were in room 8 which is a large room with 2 very comfortable chairs and a settee. The bathroom was also large and very clean. The room is north facing with a large window which you can open which meant that it was very cool during the recent hot weather; there was also a tower fan as the building has no air conditioning. It is at the back of the building so there is no noise from the road. Breakfast was good and the staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended."

"We booked two rooms; however, upon arrival, we were informed that only one room was available. The staff kindly offered to accommodate us in a nearby Airbnb, but we were not comfortable staying away from the hotel. As a result, the four of us shared the one available room. We appreciate that the staff provided a credit to compensate for the inconvenience in place of the meal arrangement, and we are grateful for their assistance."
