「nice location and staff friendly」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「The owners of this property are lovely. The is now a cafe there too. What made my stay was a Lindt ball and a biscuit in my room when I arrived. I see less of this these days and was wrapped to see them. Car parking is easy and it’s close to the airport. Nice fresh clean rooms. Oh and a extra pullout mirror to help with makeup. I was grateful that I didn’t have to go out for a meal and have a generous serve chicken schnitzel and eggs and bacon breakfast.」

「環境簡單。住宿是一雅房，與他人共享衛浴廁所。可能到的時間偏晚，沒有熱水澡可洗。但是，入住前已收到如何於下班時間入住的說明，也算是相當簡單方便。」

「The staff were so friendly and helpful - above and beyond expectations. Rooms were spotlessly clean with updated fittings. For a studio room the space was quite large and had all we could need including crockery, cutlery, microwave etc. Bathroom was stunning clearly thought and effort went into the most recent reno, little touches like shampoo and conditioner were appreciated.」

「From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. There was no assistance available for check-in. I had to wait outside and call the hotel multiple times. When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy. Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor.
