Friendly staff, great lobby and check in. Price was right but going 4/5 as the rooms need some love. Old, stained carpets and old stained wall paper. Room was well cleaned otherwise and bathroom was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was priced under a lot of other options we saw

Colmar is just stunning, this hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the heart of Colmar old town, nice quiet spot, lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Good value hotel

We stayed in a family room with the mezzanine floor (2 adults and 3 children) which was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little limited in choice but nice quality and the service was again excellent. The hotel is easily walkable to the beautiful old part of town where there are many choices for dining. The only downsides - we didn’t know to reserve parking and it was full but we were lucky to get a free space outside. Street parking was busy when we stayed though so this could have been tricky! Water pressure in the bathroom was also on the low side, so allow extra time for showering/washing hair. Overall, a good stay. Perfect base for our overnight stopover in Colmar.

Good hotel

The hotel was smaller than I had expected and we drove past it at first. There was a paid parking lot, but you could park on the street around the hotel. There were some bad reviews, so I was worried, but the hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. Our children were very happy to have a room with a loft, and the upstairs was their space. The room was not large, but it was comfortable for a family of four. There is a good bakery nearby, and we had breakfast there. It takes about 13 minutes to walk to the center of the city. disappointed

arrived a little bit earlier, the reception said shortly hello, the rooms are absilable at 2pm only. we left the bags and went to the city. around 5pm, we checked in. room was very old, the whirlpool was dirty, had even a bug inside. we wanted the whirlpool room because it was an anniversary we wanted to celebrate. so no whirlpool for us. the age of the room was ok, but definitely not the whirlpool. the second room had an old mattress and an old couch.

Ideal location to walk into Colmar (500m to pedestrian area) the hotel is a bit tired and the website says free bikes which is NOT the case. Breakfast expensive - no air conditioning which in summer is a problem and our room would not be suitable for anybody who has mobility issues it would be impossible to use the shower since this is over the bath and the bath side walls are very high. No team or coffee making facilities in room
