"Room not ready for check in. Window sills loaded with bugs as well as ceiling at night when looking up from bed. Outside veranda decks never get cleaned. Bugs bugs bugs place needs a professional power wash. For $300 plus a night in a jacuzzi suite expected much more. Only positive they did discount room $500 for hour late check in due to room was not cleaned and ready. Still was not clean."
