Complete dump. Online pictures have been photoshopped. Smells like smoke, floors are unclean, carpet has stains....everywhere. Beds look like camp grounds. Dogs barking in other rooms. Dumpster fire

I only stayed for less than an hour before deciding that I needed to leave. From the disrespectful residents that live at this hotel, the staff and residents cursing at one another and threatening to beat each other up, and the fire alarm going off and the fire department arriving. The place smelled like marijuana. I would stay away from this place. You've been warned. You get what you pay for.

This is one of the worst hotel I booked in my life. Horrible bad smell in the entire building. We spent only 10 minutes in the hotel and after that I changed the hotel.

The room was not clean, it seemed like housekeeping don’t care about the people are their jobs. Because if they did then you would have clean the room and made sure the bed was clean. And not let the guest clean the room that should have been clean in the first place. Not only that we found roaches in the room. I want be staying there again.

El servicio de limpieza es pésimo. Vinieron en la 1era semana y luego no volvieron. Yo limpiaba y lavaba mis sábanas y toallas con mi dinero. Me quejé 6 veces y me cansé, lo hacía yo. Después me hicieron cargos a mi tarjeta cuando ya la había paga completa con la tarjeta de mi esposo. El lugar no es seguro.

The room was bad. Horrible. It smelled like smoke and very very strong chemicals. When I took off the sheets on the bed was a bunch of food crumbs and food left in the window seal. I ended up having the hugest headache because of the smell. I was not at all happy with my stay.

You Get What You Pay For!

This reservation was last minute and now understand why it was cheap. The room smelled heavy of bleach. Room did have some wear and tear for sure. A/C keeping room cold was about the best thing. I would not recommend for an extended stay, that's for sure.

The drawers were falling apart. Non smoking room smelled like smoke because of the AC unit. Staff didn’t offer any solutions to my problems.

Poor service, TV didn't work, no pillows in the room, smelt like dope and ciggere, no Chair in tne room , no coffee in the room or in the lobby, no staff on the property from 10pm till 9am. We will never stay in this hotel again. I give it "0" stars

I won't stay at another woodspring

Mattresses are fairly hard, not firm, i do mean hard. Showers are excellent heat and pressure. Staff is doing their best. Housecleaning is only every 2 weeks. I was there 3 and never did receive a turnover. Cable and Internet were out my last 4 days.

Very basic accommodations. Front desk person very efficient. Kitchenette, but absolutely nothing else. No coffee pot, cups, or any such. TV wirh access to many stations.
