Very nice ranch, loved the set up of the cabin…a bit cold (comforter very thin) but not horrible! However, upon arriving I was not greeted or treated as a welcomed customer. I was two steps away from my car when the employee came out and asked my name, and told me the code to my cabin. It was a weird greeting but nonetheless it wasn’t a big deal until my coworker told me about her greeting upon arrival. She was told all the ranch had to offer and things to do, meanwhile I got nothing. Would suggest for them to treat all customers the same!

The place was small but that is what we expected. It was a fun place to stay. Management had some trouble identifying us an our location.

Overnight stay

When we arrived, there was people already staying in the cabin I had booked. I spoke with the owner and he quickly fixed the problem. Once we were inside another cabin, I discovered that the heat wasn’t working. I didn’t call to report that problem because it was on a Saturday evening in a Holiday weekend. Also, there was no shampoo or soap provided in the bathrooms to use in the shower. It is a nice place, we just had some problems.

Overall the place was good and enjoyed our stay. The one thing I have to say is there was no turn down service, so someone invaded our space and made a mess in our bathrooms. Other than that experience, we would like to go back.

Great place for family

My family really enjoyed the overnight stay. When we arrived, we were greeted with a hayride! What a BIG Texas welcome. My girls age 14 and 9 enjoyed the horse swings and swingset. The whole family loved the kayaks and boat rides in the pond. We would definitely come back and stay longer. The only negative thing I have to say is that the cabins were too close together. I wish they would have spaced them out more for privacy. Perfect place for reunions and large family gatherings so that was probably the intention. Thank you!

What an experience. Texas at its best. Something for everyone. A guided tour by Gaby of facilities and ranch just blew us away. Cabins were very unique with excellent beds, bathrooms and living furniture. We are already talking about taking our children and grandchildren to the ranch. Go out of your way to visit the ranch.

Check in was very easy. It was a very cute little cabin and very clean the only bad thing about it was when we got their the water pressure sucked in the showers the bed were very hard and the next morning we woke up with no water at all couldn't even brush our teeth so not so happy with that
