「We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable」

「Don’t stay here! We got in very late, and despite communicating that to the host, we received no check-in instructions. (We were in a phone-less concert, and when we got out we had to text in order to get the instructions because they’d still not sent anything.) It was a needlessly nerve-wracking start.
