「Reception下午五點就休息了，但是超過五點抵達後可打電話給他們，會將旁邊reception門旁邊保險箱的密碼告訴你，在裡面即可拿到房間鑰匙及說明文件。房間內的設備很齊全，不過上下舖的配置比較特別一點，第二層的人有點不好爬上去，而且也沒有坐起來的空間。廁所跟浴室的空間離heater很遠且沒有內建的heater lamp所以很冷。熱水算是穩定，在冬天也可以安安穩穩的洗完澡！」

「Modern cosy cottage surrounded by trees yet close to shops & Hobart. Well appointed with all you need. Gorgeous view of harbour, casino lights & snowy mountain tops from suite 2. However, careful the verandah creeper doesn’t “hideaway” this view, when sitting looking out from couch inside. Very comfortable stay. 」

「It's one of the biggest family owned winery in Tasmania, we are just like living in a small village, i feed the chicken every morning, live is so relaxing... However, from the.entrance to the cottage, it takes you a 5 min drive in a rough road, so if you don't have a car, please don't come here or you needa walk for at least 30 min. FYI, Frogmore vineyard is just next door!!」

「Great location! We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was so friendly n provide lots of information for us. The room is tidy and clean, we love our room so much! N Richard is a beautiful town, we will come visit again. 」

「It is a big house with 4 bedrooms in traditional Australian style, enough space to accomodate 8 adults comfortably. The backyard is enough to accomodate a few cars as well. Worth to note that the house is located in quiet residential area, and it is around 5 to 10 mins drive from the downtown Hobart. Generally a happy stay.」

「The tree top views house is a beautiful house located on top of the hill. We really enjoyed the view, the location and the nice set up and decoration of this place. There is a couple minor issues but it didn’t bother us much. The communication was excellent as well. We would recommend the house to anyone.」

「We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by. If you are after elegant, refined and well finished accommodation...
