「I want to love this hotel but every time I stay here the room isn’t ready at check in time. The front desk tells me they think the room is ready but can’t know for sure until housekeeping updates it in the system.」

「Everything is alright.」

「早餐非常好，服务人员态度很好！ 停车位不是很充足！」

「很好的選擇. 」

「太吵了」

「Great Customer Service. Christopher was nice and knowledgeable. He also was multitasking. Rooms were Spacious and Clean. What I didn't like, the wait. Waited over an Hour for The Rooms With The Reservation that was paid in full.」

「Nice hotel 」

「It's the worst. I don't recommend it. I paid for my protection plan. I showed up and because I lost my wallet. I didn't have my identification and they didn't solve it and I didn't solve a refund either.」

「The mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago.We had several families staying there and they all said the same thing. Also to have to pay $5.00 for the same breakfast that I get at any other hotel for free is ridiculous. The elevator needed service which I had to tell the staff to do something about because it was making so much noise that we didn’t feel comfortable riding in it. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again if this is how your hotels are maintained」
