"This is a great hotel location and beautiful property. The view from our room window was gorgeous. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the check in. It’s really missing the mark on a warm welcome and professional service. The check in was awkward and long for no apparent reason. We actually felt like we were putting the person out for having to check us in. Our stay was good overall and we would stay again."

"I checked in all went well, I get up to the room and was pleasantly surprised that this was a studio room, I guess they all are. We had a huge room with a huge bathroom and I wish I had known so I could have done some cooking while there, this was a very short trip for us, but somethings I noticed while I was sitting at the kitchen table was it was sticky and underneath the kitchen sink the bottom cabinets are like broken they do not close at all, there is no ice at all on the floor and nothing in the fridge to freeze ice so we had pretty warm drinks. The bathtub had nice pressure, was ok but the shower head was not wanting to stay still, so I was constantly aiming it towards the middle of the tub. 4 pillows no back up ones and they were very thin. Bed was a little firm, and as we were leaving to go to the fair, my cars battery died, they could not help us at all. So finally as I am on the phone with Triple AAA, a nice man had a portable battery charger in his car and he came on over and helped us for like 10 min and I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but maybe the hotel could get a portable charger for if their guests like me, ever have any battery issues, we were so thankful for this man. There was minimal towels and face clothes in the room and we could have used a couple more. no liners in the trash and I found hair in the tub. Not a horrible experience, but they really should listen to what the customers are saying and get some ice"
