「The water pressure was less than a faucet and the temperature was hard to control. The shower didn’t drain well and the ceiling was obviously old and starting to separate. The walls were cracking where the shower curtains were installed. The air conditioning worked but didn’t cool the room at all. There’s a giant desk in front of the cooling system that blocks air flow almost completely.
