Stayed in the Augustus Tower 37th floor. Room was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable. Very noisy. You hear every door opening and closing. You can hear all the traffic on the streets bellow.

The sheet on sleeping couch is sanded. There is no comfort. Wait for two hours till almost 12:30 am housekeeper and manger finally showed up. We like the resort, but the service is so bad. In-room Phone never works.
