"Great spot to stay, close to central Coffs Harbour. Car parking was tricky, had to park out on the hill most times. No sink in the kitchenette meant washing up in the bathroom sink. A/C when turned on flared up my asthma, so we couldnt use it. Otherwise, clean and tidy."

"The property is currently very very hard to access because of road work on the M1. The beach is nice but not swimmable. Getting to other areas means quite a drive back and forth.
