Overnight stop to break up the drive from south coast to QLD, this motel is in a great spot on the highway but it is very quiet!! Some of the Highway motels are super noisy but this one is set a bit lower so nice and quiet. The bed was very big and comfortable , the room very clean and the owners very friendly. Would recommend and would stay again.

It was our second stay at Pacific Palms. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The motel is located within easy walking distance to a major shopping precinct and restraunts. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We will stay there again.

Good spot, close to everything. Rooms were lovely, Shower was great!! Only thing thing was the beds were a little hard.. but a great place to stay

Had a very nice stay, Motel owners are very friendly. Room was clean and spotless. Easy parking right at the front of room. Would book again in the future.

It was a place for us to stay half between where we had been and home. It was a comfortable place was clean and the gentleman who booked us in was very friendly. Would stay there again.

Seedy, unpleasant, smokey rooms. OMG just don't.
The apartment complex looked like it was straight from a Dodgey apartment I had seen on the show Cops USA. On arrivals, staff were kind and friendly, however, the overweight man in the first room with a tank top on, left his door open and sat on a chair and watched us enter the apartment complex. This was the first sign of something is just not right. The hotel is in the worst part of cops surrounded by similarly poorly kept hotel. Thank god it was just for one night. Car spot right out the front was conveintment not so much because it’s close but rather so you can make sure no one is stealing from it. It takes a fair bit to scare me but this place gets a 5 star scary rating. Hotel had a full feeling of “wrong side of the tracks” going on, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave with all your possessions intact. Of you enjoyed cops in the 80’s and would like to stay in a similar budget hotel this ticks all the boxes, hookers and crack not included.

Hello Simon, I have checked my reservations for the 6 weeks and there is no record of a Simon in our system. The conclusions you have drawn by one guest sitting in his room with his door open seems rather irrational. Why you did not approach management with your concern is incomprehensible. There does not appear to be any basis for you to conclude that our motel tolerates prostitution and drug taking. We do not. Your concerns and comments have basis of fact and conclusions appear paranoid.

Very friendly welcome. They upgraded our room so we could be next to my mother who needed assistance. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

We were exhausted on arrival so the bed was excellent. The coffee table and one of the wooden chairs were unusable. But overall a very comfortable room
