「The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing.」

「The manager was friendly and helpful. He tried to help with the wifi, but the wifi connection was very weak. The ice machine was shut down for maintenance. The room was fine, except that one outlet did not work. I just used a different outlet since there were plenty available in the room. The parking is rather odd, since the spaces in front of the rooms are not really large enough for a standard sized vehicle (like our minivan) to fit.
