"We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. "The rooms and amenities were not as advertised. Some of this may have been due to off season. Had to upgrade rooms due to limited size. Scenery was idyllic, though. Grounds staff were very helpful. There were only fitted sheets covered by the bed comforter (no top sheets), and no pillows with pillow cases (just decorative pillows with shams). Since the restaurant was closed, there was no way to request sheets. Cable TV was not operating - we did not care, but this was advertised. ...
