「it is nice environment with quite big room space and kitchen. a bit far away from the metro station. unfortunately, when we check in and get the key, we found that the room hasn't CLEAN UP!! the bedroom is in a mess! so, we complained to the staff. they fixed the problem when we returned at night. secondly, the room has no air conditioner. in summer, it's very hot, about 32-34C and difficult to sleep. generally, the appartment has good equipments like fridge, shower room.」

「房東態度很不好!!! 我們在退房時，房東有檢查房間，並未告知我們房間很髒亂要扣押金，回國後看到帳單才發現扣了我們€200，期間都無任何的通知。 之後我們問房東也只回覆因為房間弄的很髒亂，根據清潔人員的評估需多花2-3小時整理.我們一頭霧水, 因為我們並沒有用的很髒。所以再次詢問他是否說是哪一部份很髒並請提供照片說明，假設如同房東所說的情形，這筆清潔費，我們該付就會付，結果房東就已讀不回。 姑且不論入住當日他態度就不太友善，不給任何具體說明，只憑清潔人員認為就扣押金，這種行為也太不合理了。我們在2年前也入住過，當時房東也都沒這些狀況，不知道為何這次會這樣。感覺非常差勁！！」
