"The hotel was in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and after 10 minutes we reached the metro line 4 and got to visit so many places with the unlimited travel pass. Clean hotel, nice staff, 24hours entry with your card/key. "

The only issue was connected with the hot water, however if you have a question, request, don’t hesitate to ask the reception, they are ready to fix the latest. Would want to stay in here in the future as well. "

"There is not personal support. The lobby was closed most of the time. They want to charge for everything!!! The machine for the key was broken and it was so difficult to talk with someone to help. The cleaning person was so mean. It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I don’t recommend staying there "

"Pros:The apartment was very convenient for public transport, good cheap food options and supermarkets close by. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was good having a small kitchen to prepare breakfast. Cons: The bathroom. The shower did not drain so our floor got flooded and we had to keep using the squeegee mop to try to clean up the water and it went everywhere. No proper drainage! Also, the electric stove burners did not work so well. "
