Love this place -- stayed in Resorts World once with the kids and came back sans kids and stayed at Conrad -- well worth it. Super helpful staff. Was hoping more amenities were included specifically for Conrad guests, but the private bar was wonderful.

Just got back from a stay at Shana. Both the property and staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to help us… with things related to coming and going, setting up outings for the day that kind of thing. They are responsive to questions asked over the net/expedia which is something other places ...
