「Our group of two couples spent a week in a villa on the beach side of the Umaya Resort and absolutely loved it. The unit was nicely appointed and truthfully feet away from the Caribbean Sea. Anytime we had a concern they were very prompt to respond. They transferred us to and from the Placencia Airport free of charge. 「All the staff are so kind and willing to go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Our room was made up and restocked daily. The restaurant food was delicious. The golf carts and mountain bikes looked brand new. One of the staff made sure we had enough air in the tires. The beachfront location was perfect! We would highly recommend staying here.」
