This hotel was in a great location and the breakfast was nice. Don't forget to say hi to the turtles in the patio!

It's a nice hotel. The room was spacious, the staff was helpful, and the restaurant was pretty good. The location is very convenient for tours that start at the river side.

We loved the grounds. Had nice shower and even hot water in the sink. Their idea of a queen sized bed is not as big as in the U.S.

The location is convenient. This is one of the best hotels in the area, but it is just average. There is no hair dryer in the room. It can be quite nosy too due to traffic.

What a pleasant surprise. I purchased one night and ended up rebooking two additional nights because This property was so conveniently located to the dock, tours, restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the AC worked very well. They even stocked the fridge with a bottle of what for each guest. I would definitely return.

Las habitaciones son demasiado ruidosas. Al no tener ventanas se escuchaban todo tipo de ruidos de la calle y fue imposible dormir. Tampoco fueron de ayuda a la hora de encontrar un tour para el día siguiente. Cosa bastante extraña ya que están en una zona turística.

Se presento problemas con mi factura, lo cual el personal del hotel no supo dar una respuesta me toco llamar directamente a hoteles.com para solventar el problema cuando este es un tema que lo tenía que haber hecho el personal del hotel.

Geen hoogvlieger maar denkelijk is er niks beters

We hebben 2X overnacht..1X in een "cabine" in de tuin..De tuin zelf is mooi, erzitten zelfs wat aapjes in..De cabin lijkt mooi en idylisch to je er in bent, zeer klein en vooral zeer luidruchtig doordat de achterkant aan een drukke straat ligt...Het ontbijt is een buffet, is OK, er is voldoende variatie...amer zelf was niet goed opgekuisd...Gans anders was ervaring 2..Wij eisten toen een "suite" wat staat voor een kamer in de main building..Deze zijn ruim, clean en zijn van meerconfort voorzien..Hier vind je ook aanwijzingen voor het restaurant, in de cabins niks daarvan..Personeel is meestal vriendelijk maar de dame die ons moest helpen bij tweede overnachting eiste een toeslag..Ze had namelijk niet door dat ik EUR had geboekt, kende dat zelfs niet en verwees naar de prijs in USD!!kortom, de manager erbij om haar diets te maken dat ik meer dan genoeg had betaald, 6 maand geleden reeds van mijn VISA rekening!
